	Darin Gıda Darin Gida, was established in 1970, took a part in food sector by starting to produce pastry products. Darin Gıda, with the name Ustalar Pastacilik Urunleri L.T.D. Company, created the OVALEKS brand to produce food additives for Pastry and Bakery sectors, in 1985. Ustalar Pastacilik Urunleri L.T.D. Company became a well-known company by selling the OVALEKS products in Turkey and exporting the products to the other countries by using the way of distributive marketing and sales.
Our company started to produce Thin Doughs for Baklava and Flans, Thin Kadayif, Packet Dry Baklava kinds again with the brand AFILLO of Darin Gida San. Ltd. name. With our innovative and creative production principle and our experiences of years, we are producing our AFILLO Products in an area of 3500 m² according to Turkish food codex, healthy and hygienic. We aim at giving professional service to the companies in Pastry Food sector with our experiences and our all products. We support our aims by making investments for the Pastry Food Sector.
